    Hi

I heard about Dublin County Councils programme for landlords and I'll have few questions regarding this:

    - If' I'll be looking to buy a house/apartment and sign an agreement with council for lets say around 15 years, can I come to an agreement with BOI to waive the deposit and finance the whole amount of the property with mortgage?
    - What are the actual requirements to get a mortgage?

    Hi Wicked131,

Thank you for getting in contact here on Boards.ie and your interest in applying for a Mortgage with us.

As each lending application is seen on a case by case basis, it would be best to speak to one of our dedicated Mortgage Advisor's.

To make it easier for our future customers, we have numerous avenues in which you can find out more information on the products we offer and how to speak to a Mortgage Advisor.

You can visit our Mortgage Store or view our You Tube Channel for more information on the application process.

You can schedule and appointment with a Mortgage Advisor or request a call back here on our website. Alternatively, if you would like us to arrange a callback for you, please PM us with your name and contact number.

We hope this helps and we wish you the best of luck with your investment.

    Thanks,
