I have an interview for the position of graduate logistic supervisor with Lidl. Anyone did this before? Any advice? Please don't go having a go at the company or working hours. That is now what I am looking for!

How did the interview go ? Does anyone know much about the position ? Is it Monday to Friday ? What hours would you be working ? Please help as I don't want to waste my time going to the interview if it's your typical lidl job as I have heard the reports

I had a brief interview with a recruitment consultant and she just told me a bit about the job. She might shortlist me for the real interview. Apparently you would have to start a 6 in the morning which suits me fine. And I also need to get a full driving licence. And that was about it.

Was there weekend work involved did she say ? I have to meet the recruitment next week just for a short interview

Probably, she did mention long hours and that a lot of people have applied for the position. If your not committed then don't bother going. They ask a lot from you in terms of your personality, experience etc. So we are all up against it.
