Does anyone know how to restore a deleted Minecraft world? I have no idea what that even means but it has happened to my 7-year-old nephew and he is inconsolable.
I have had a quick search in this section but don't see anything so apologies if it has been covered before!

Don't know off hand, but you could see if it's in the recycle bin. Check if there's a file with the name of his saved world. If so, just move it into the saves folder of .minecraft

Or if its in the recycle bin you can right click the folder and hit restore, that should restore it to its original place on the drive.
