We'd be planting so many trees and we'd probably really help the world too.

Too bad they only produce the oxygen we breathe.

Imagine if guinea pigs held lemons, and the sky laid hazelnuts on a red tablecloth.

The King Of Moo is like a tree.

Solid, wise, old, and full of sap beneath the rough and abrasive surface.

Imagine if wireless routers released oxygen. And they were all owned by Eircom, the bastards. Or Sky, the bastards.

Imagine the interference though, it's bad enough as it is right now. It would be worse than that stupid movie, The Happening.

Random thought but when you're a tourist in other cities you tend to find issues you realise we also have in our Irish cities which tourists probably experience, and one I can think of now is that there should genuinely be Internet access/WiFi on every main Street of Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway. That way any tourists have no excuse and will have no difficulties with finding their way around the city since they'll be able to use the maps on their phones/tablets.

Could be done with poles similar to bus stops and also have some USB sockets for people in desperate need of charging/turning on their phones. Eircom or UPC should do this since it'd be positive branding for them.

Tourist information points should also all be touchscreen so tourists can interact with them to select whatever language they speak to help cater to tourists who don't speak English very well.

    Good one, lol!

Also I actually forgot but Google are in the works to release Google maps to work offline so that's even better still.

    Good one, lol!

Go to any hostel in the world and they hand out free maps...on paper. People generally find where they need to be :)

Failing that...they could ask someone for directions?

I've had an offline map of Dublin on Google Maps for a few years now.

But if I was a tourist, I'd keep a tourist's map with me.
