    I'm based in kildare and looking for a puppy, can anyone recommend any good breeders pls?

    ikc.ie there are a few cocker societies on there.

    cscoi.ie is the umbrella organisation - bottom of page breeders list pups - couple blue roans ATM - speak to secretary for more info about breeders.

    champdogs.co.UK for NI.

    Great dogs, we had one as kids, but be very careful, I'm sure you know about the health problems and finding a good breeder that socialises the pups.
    Try the clubs, ask lots of questions of the breeders.
    Any breeder will be happy to email or at least show you copies of certs for health tests, hip scores on parents (not pups) eye tests are done yearly or every two years, can't remember what else for cockers.
    Sadly of the 4 I know around here 3 have had health problems, one quite serious, but none were from health tested parents.
