Hi, I have been dying my hair black, plum semi and permenant dyes for the last 10 years. Iv just put in colour b4 and it has lifted the colour on top to a orangy brown colour. I'm not to bothered by that but it's the rest of my hair didn't seem to lift? From my ear to just below shoulders is still very dark like nearly…

I'm not to bothered by that but it's the rest of my hair didn't seem to lift? From my ear to just below shoulders is still very dark like nearly black. Is there anyway to get this out? I want to eventually have a brown base with blonde hi-lites.
