I have one at home and used it a lot initially. However my wife was of the opinion that, for non-carpeted flooring you cant beat the orthodox mop and bucket. I think she is probably right too. The steam cleaner is definitely more convenient though and does do a good job. Just not as good as a proper clean with a mop and bucket. The steam cleaner is pretty awesome for carpet, cleaning the car seats and other such jobs though.
