Client Details Database & Invoicing software

    I'm currently working in a small agricultural consultancy business.
    There are 3 of us in partnership and we have approx 400 clients.

    Our filing and invoicing system has been all done via pen and paper up until now but over the last year, we have taken in alot of new clients and we are losing track of their details and money taken in, etc. We would be expecting to take in a minimum of 50 new clients in the next year also.

    Therefore what we are looking for is a simple database system where we can have a list of our clients and several sections for each client including a section for contact details, a section for personal details, a section for details of their farming system,etc. To compliment this, we could like this system to have the capabilities to generate invoices and possibly automatically send them out via email &/or text message.

    Can anybody recommend a type of software or company that could set this up for us?

    Bullet HQ might do the job. Probably be free in your position too.
