    Hello everyone :)

Is there anyone who could tell me how such title of the employment contract oblige me in terms of the law?

I do understand overall meaning, I just need to know how does law explain it.

Do you mean that it says it's strictly private and confidential in the contract?

If that's the case then the company are putting in a clause to not allow you to discuss it with your colleauges

If it's on the letter/envelope delivering it, it means it's for your attention only

    Yes, that's what I meant.
I guess I've got all I needed. I just wanted to make sure...
    Thank you very much! :)

It's pretty standard that employment contracts are private and confidential. Even if it didn't explicitly say that in the contract such a term would probably be implied. But in fact it is always explicit, in my experience.

But most contracts would have details known to third parties; Revenue would know who you work for and your pay.
Your spouse would probably know too, plus your holiday entitlements might become obvious...
