see this site has finally sold ? anyone know who bought it ? imagine its been bought by car dealer as forecourt is very large but buildings are not that spacious.

still love to know how they managed to give up these impressive premises but not go out of business !

Audi had been tipped to go in there initially but they ended up opening in the former Singland Motors premises. Heard that DFS had their eye on it months ago, EZ Living right next door must be chuffed.

It was only build in 2007, poor timing really just when the crash took hold.

Toyota were pytting the pressure on back then to update the showrooms.
In hindsight, a lot of Toyota dealers did this, then left the brand/lost their dealerships/went out of business.
