Graduate career advice dilemma

    Hi there,
In a bit of a predicament and a rut, and somewhat at a loose end as to best proceed. I graduated a year ago and found a job in a small company and very niche industry. I havent liked it from day 1, nobody my own age, working on my own, very poor morale and backstabbing, clueless management, not able to take more than 2 days holidays in a row as no cover and work load is just soo intense....the list goes on... I want to go into a large company that will provide training and mentoring and future prospects but which is fun and dynamic to work in. I graduated with a business degree btw. I feel alot of the grad programmes are very poorly paid and my cv is quite strong, but yet full time positions advertised are mostly management or require 3yrs experience. I amn't quite sure what direction or what role I'd like to do. Anyone recommend any career guidance counsellors who preferably work in the evening time or at weekends... Much appreciated guys
