Local post office closed, collect in another?

    I went to collect my welfare in the post office today but it was closed with armed gaurds everywhere and looked to be shot up. Can I collect in another office? I can never get through to the welfare on the phone.

    Was there a notice on the windows pertaining to the closure,try and contact your local welfare office and enquire.

    There was just a bench infront of the door with a note saying that the post office was closed today. I tried to ring local welfare office but couldn't get through.

    If it is the PO that's on the news it will probably be open tomorrow.(attempted robbery)
