So guys, is it possible to have a second wedding in a church to the same person, like a renewal of vows sort of thing?

In most denominations (including the Catholic church) yes, it is. It's not, strictly speaking, a "second wedding" since the couple are already married; it's a renewal or a thanksgiving or what you will. But if you want it too it can look a lot like a wedding service.
