Looking for recommendations for a sensitive and friendly dentist preferably in the Bishopstown or Ballincollig areas. Someone not too business like! Thanks.

Billy Waters in ballincollig is very good. The practice is called Cork Dental Clinic. All the staff are very friendly.
Theres a chemist and a doctor in the same building.

I've recommend Billy as well. I'd also recommend Tony & Paul Canty (021-434 4111) - they're not cheap but they are very good.

If you ever need a root canal, I can highly recommend Pat O'Driscoll on the Bishopstown Road, that's what he specialises in. www.corkendoclinic.com

Just incase you hear of them stay away from the place in Little Island, they advertise as being there for people who don't like the dentist but they charge a fortune...

Heard good things about Canty, I know it is out of the way but Anne Twomey in Carrigaline is great too best of luck with it

Freda Guiney in Ballincollig is a lovely, gentle dentist and very easy to talk to. Highly recommend, especially if you're nervous. Surgery is in the Applegreen complex just past Classis Lake. Also a GP. pharmacy and physiotherapist in the complex.
