Civil Dispute Legal Costs

    As part of the outcome of a PRTB hearing, myself and 2 others had to pay one months rent to a past landlord.

    I have paid my share and the other 2 apes that caused this mess have not.

    I have just received a summons in the post and have been told we will have to pay the money as determined by the PRTB hearing plus legal costs.

    I have receipts for my share but now I will have to pay a share of legal costs plus a court appearance it was bad enough to have to go through a PRTB hearing.

    How much legal costs might I end up paying?

    Just found out yesterday, I will not have to pay anything further.
