Hi Guys,

Just a quick question I'm looking for anyones experience on - I completed some work for a startup that have given me share equity in lieu of payment - what are the tax implications of this, is it income tax or capital gains tax, or any tax at all?

I'll be getting an accountant to do up my accounts but I'd just like to hear of anyones experience in advance.
