Yea, refresh the page. It's getting slammed. I had the same problem but it's def free to Ireland. I've ordered off them before.

It just takes ages, you have to wait a couple mins between each click, took me ages to order but it does go through

If you contact support they may manually add a discount to an order for you. When I had trouble yesterday they were saying things along those lines.

Thanks OP, just got 30% off there, getting the free shipping was a bit of a struggle, found if I switched country it would give the free option and then I'd go back and pick Ireland again.

At 2 today, I got a refund for shipping and a shipping notice.

Very good customer service imo, no hassle to find where to complain and how swift it was dealt with without further input.
