Forster Court Estate, Galway City

I notice a couple of houses are for sale in Forster Court in Galway city. Does anyone know what this estate is like? The location seems great but a few of the houses look a bit run down. Is it mostly renters living there or are there some home owners. Would you recommend buying a house there? Are the houses relatively new?

The estate is fine. As far as I remember it is mostly renters and students. I would not have considered it a family type of place. Town is on the doorstep so it is a great location.
