I signed up for Eircom broadband last thursday, still havent heard anything back even though the reply email I got back said I'd hear inside 2 days, whats the story?!

I signed up for Eircom broadband last thursday, still havent heard anything back even though the reply email I got back said I'd hear inside 2 days, whats the story?!
