If you are going on to Tralee or Killarney you are as well off to continue to the Limerick tunnel and continue on by road.

Just wondering are you looking for a nice scenic route or just looking for the fastest way to get there?

If you are looking for the fastest route then Carazy's route above is the best, if you are looking for the most scenic then I would recommend turning off for Kinvara and following the route down the coast, some amazing scenery to be enjoyed

I would second Finbarr's suggestion - depending on where you are going, the Limerick tunnel may be the better option.

Clareman's option of the coast route is a brilliant scenic route...but allow plenty of time for sight seeing

    No ferries anywhere near Killimor.
I take it you're looking for Killimer. You could just go off the motorway at the main Ennis interchange and go to Kilrush. You must have a special reason to want to take the ferry, it can't be to make the route more efficient, because this would be a horribly inefficient way to go to Tarbert.
So, for most scenic route, Wild Atlantic Way and for most efficient motorway and Limerick tunnel.
