    Hi,

So I am currently trying to sell a house that I have inherited. However there was an enurement clause of 7 years on it. Unfortunately my mother died before the 7 years and left me the house 13 years ago. Does this clause still apply to me?

    Thanks in Advance

I'd ask my solicitor if I were you. We can't give legal advice on boards.

If your solicitor is unsure- really, you're going to have to get the advice of a more knowledgeable solicitor.
We cannot, offer legal advice in this forum.
