2008 Ford Focus Badge Replacement

    Hi all,

I am regretably selling my lovely focus after a very loyal 5 years of service as I am emigrating. There's a couple of minor scratches (supermarket carpark syndrome) which I am going to get fixed. I am also missing the front logo badge. It looks like I need to get the entire grill replaced but I am not 100% sure. Does anybody know if it's possible to replace the badge only? I will get some pictures later. Also, any suggestions on fixing minor scratches yourself?

    Thanks a million.

The piece that swivels needs to be replaced its easy enough just take grille off and unscrew the old one.

A breakers yard will see you right with the swivel badge. Just a screw, like it was said. You may have to buy the full grille off a breaker, as a badgeless one ain't much use to them. Nonetheless, it shouldn't cost a lot.

Regards to the scratches, it depends on the depth of them, they may well polish out. Post up a pic or two and someone will guide you in the right direction.
