It's been 15 years since I started signing on the social welfare, I haven't worked for more than 6 months at anyone job in that 15 years, some jobs only lasted one month, it's very depressing, I haven't got a life on the dole at all, can't afford one, I have done courses, but no addition, still can't get a job, I have gone overseas for employment, but that only lasted a few months as well, I'm stuck on the social welfare for life I think, 38 year old male here,

Your lack of any worthwhile and sustained work experience will be a red flag to employers. Have you investigated job bridge? That may be the way in the door that you probably wont get otherwise. Look into volunteering also, but a job bridge will look best on your CV.
