Hey guys is there anybody in Cork city or county that has Vagcom,

I want to you it on a 06 Golf to get rid of annoying seatbelt beeping..

Before anyone says it yes i always use my seat belt :)

The sensor in my seat belt clip holder is acting up, and i don't want to spend serious money for a replacement,

I'm will to pay for the privilege and i know where the settings are to disable in VCDS...
Please because at this stage the beeping is driving me round the twist.. no pun intended.. :o

What happened with the 2 offers you got when you posted the same question a week ago?

Hey George, i didn't hear anymore back i'm afraid, and at this stage i'm seriously thinking of wearing dj headphones when i turn the ignition on. :( just to drown out the beeping, worst thing is when i move the buckle in the clasp it may stop for 10 min and then it's like haemorrhoids lol..

Slide each of the front seats back as far as they will go.
Lift up the plastic cover on the floor in front of the seat.
    Unplug the purple plug.

Don't touch the yellow plug or you will end up with an airbag warning light and then you will definitely need someone with VCDS to help you!
