Running club options, Dublin

I'm considering joining a running club as the sessions of the triathlon club I'm in don't really suit me in terms of times. Also I will likely be going with a running focus later this year and into next and I feel a club environment may help.
I'm based in Castleknock and would generally be able to make 7 pm sessions (and obviously weekends). I'd be keen to hear any suggestions, I've done a good few searches but feel members may be able to suggest clubs I may not have considered. Thanks.

Donore would suit you best. No question! ;)

The long distance guys train Tuesday and Thursday 7pm. Generally it's a speed session Tuesday and a long/tempo type run on a Thursday. Hills on a Saturday at 10am.
Haven't been down at the club in the guts of a year myself so not entirely sure the boys still follow that schedule. Huge gang of guys in Donore (and Girls) always someone to be running with and working off.

Well that answers that then RQ! ;)
I thought they met earlier, but 7 pm would be grand. I might drop down next week after Dunmore East.

Just thought I'd provide a quick update. After a bit of talking to members of nearby clubs and some very kind PMs by regular Boardsies I opted to show up to a Civil Service Harriers sessions on a Thursday 4 weeks back. I've barely missed a session since. The club is extremely friendly- remarkable how many people addressed me by name on my second session! Which is something very important to me. Handy location and tidy little clubhouse too.
There really is a level for everyone. There are a number of folks running a 5k time of about 30-50 secs quicker than me (current PB 18.50 :/) so it's great to have people to chase. There are plenty quicker again. Sessions are well thought out and structured. I play the long game with these things so I hope to see some gains over the next year or two. Even a focussed month has sharpened me up no end :)

Excellent, good to hear and know.
I'm going to try Crusaders tomorrow for my first club experience.
