Wiper relay and door locks

    Evening all
    Can anyone please help me
    Does anyone know where the wiper relay is on a 2006 seat cordoba? Wipers stuck on slow even when but on the fastest. Any help please

    Car is also having problems locking on drivers side any advice what could be wrong?
