    Might want to mix in some more of the big compounds, like deadlift and squat. Seriously, those two +bench should be the core of your work out, everything else is to round it out. I'm a big fan of the standing military press too.

    Yeah, your program is quite bad.

    No legs is a very bad idea. Would you like to be topheavy? I doubt it, so at least get some squats and deadlifts in there.

    A full day for arms, and shoulders is also a bad idea, considering you're only training 3x a week. Back and Chest are two of the biggest muscle groups, so why only give them a day for both, but a full day for arms?

    Because you train 3x a week, you should probably do some sort of fullbody routine, working big movements (bench, squats, deadlifts, ohp, rows) and then doing accessory work (curls, pushdowns etc.).

    Something like 5x5 would be a good starting point, as building strength is a key part of building muscle.

    Also, your diet is more important than any exercise routine, so if you want to get bigger, eat more protein and up the calories.
