Legal aid

    Hi,
    I just have been charger with dole fraud and immigration problems, I've been approved for legal aid but little afraid of jail sentence, will a good solicitor be better or just leave it at is as I told everything to guards.

    Not sure I understand your question, but all the best criminal solicitors are on the legal aid scheme. This isn't like Law and Order where if you can't afford your own you'll only get some recent law school graduate with no experience.

    OP, on your other thread, you were advised to get a solicitor if you didn't have one already. The answer remains the same. You need a solicitor to advise you and to defend you.
