Hi, I am looking to buy a house in the coming months. I have looked more recently in in old monastery in Clondalkin Village. The estate is really nice ans mature. The houses particularly the dormer's need a lot of work. The prices seem reasonable enough however and therefore we would have the money to do most of what we would intend to.

I'm just wondering has anyone bought here and what was there experience when it came to renovations etc?
