List of all toll charges in the country?

    For business use I am looking for a list of the rates for all toll bridges and roads in the country.

    I'm currently with e-toll, with a car.

    I've searched but there doesn't seem to be any webpage or document with a list of all the toll locations and what they charge. I have to drill down to each toll location, etc etc to find out what the charge is.

    Anyone seen a single list with all locations & charges?????
