Got told that Bluetooth ear pieces are ileagle while driving?
Didn't think this is true but thought I should get another opinion?

Also is there a diffrence on the laws between hands free kits where you place you're phone on and the ear pieces?

As long as you are not touching or supporting your phone with your body while driving, its legal.
