    Hi all,

I have a black labrador 7 years old. She is currently moulting pretty bad. I've bought a moulting brush and have brushed a lot of the old coat out over the last few days. However there is still a brown tinge off her coat and would like to get it back to jet shiny black.

Has anyone any tips for this? She has a well balanced diet and is not over fed, generally has one bowl of nuts and a treat/snack per day. Any info would be appreciated

The black will come back once she's finished moulting. Has it never happened before when she's blown her coat?

Oh I know, my lot have been in kennels for 2 weeks, and with that, and summer coming (apparently) their coats are dreadful. I have a black and tan short haired boy and his coat looks really dull at the moment.
