HL. Short questions easy. For long qs I did 1 2 and 3(abc). I think that the question I did worst in was on the uses of volcanoes. I got an a in the mock, hope to get an a in the real thing.

HL. Did pretty well but I am quite annoyed with myself. Forgot to answer 3A (i) and 3C (ii). Lost about 4% from those. Hoping for an A.

Shorts were fine longs were horrendously horrible. I hate physical and I only studied the social geography so i got caught out in the geographical mix so had to waffle :/ won't be getting a B like the mocks

Pretty confident, did Q1,2,3 and 5. Got all the short questions. Hopefully an A like the mocks.

Short questions were easy enough. Long questions did 1, 2, 4 and 5. Found most of these easy enough except for the farming part of 4 where I was struggling to think of uses for outputs.

Yeah don't worry you only have to do 3. Maybe some people had extra time and decided to do 4. You get marked out of your best 3 then.

    HL: I did 1,2,4

Who else ended up in Bull Alley St. for the Short questions?

Looking at the paper, that would be the right answer.

I took higher level and loved the paper! I feel like it was the first one the exam was oriented to allow us show what we know rather than trip us up! I found it strangely heavy on agriculture / primary economic activity but I actually liked that. Short questions were reasonable. I could do all the long ones, found it hard to choose! Eventually I did 2, 3 (b+c+d), 4 & 5.

All in all a lovely paper! Hopefully I'll sustain the 86% I got in the mocks.

Couldn't agree more with this more! Loved siting the paper. I did q's 1,2 and 5 and wrote about 2-3 a4 pages for each. I loved question 1 about the volcanoes, earthquakes and rivers as well as the q5 was pretty easy also.
