Page 106 to 108 of Dr. Dowds book "The Archaeology of Caves in Ireland" has a wee bit on it and references to a specific publication. I can't imagine the use of "stone age" in any interview. The reporter may have decided to temper the text to a perceived audience?
Its credible. The site had numerous visits.
