IT Support Services Role

    Full Time - 35 hour week/some flexibility for less hours. City centre.
    June - December 2015 short-term contract

    Report into Head of IT
    · Provide direction
    · Assist / mentor in planning and execution
    · High level of autonomous working, escalation exceptions and providing regular progress updates

    Role:
    · Oversee Incident and request fulfilment by Managed Service Provider (intervention / escalation)
    · Coordinate activities of third party application support and web support suppliers
    · Review current use of technology, optimising use of Office365 to replace legacy systems
    · Basic business process mapping and optimisation
    · Manage IT projects
    · Implement Change Process

    Note: This is not a technical role, the role will focus on maximising value from IT, leveraging suppliers to deliver change. The company is a SME membership body with circa 50 employees. The focus of IT plans will be on improvement of business services and increased organisational efficiency by leveraging IT.
