Can anyone recommend a good solictor who specialises in property purchase? Looking for someone reasonably priced and can turn around a purchase and associated paperwork quickly.

I used James Allen on Lawrence's Street, he is part of Tully Duffy I think, give his name a google and I'm sure you'll find contact details.

I wouldn't say he's exceptionally quick but he was as quick as the process allowed - every solicitor would be in the same boat. He was reasonably priced.

Used Fergus Minogue (Markey & Sons) a couple of years ago. Found him very good & efficient.

DITTO.. found him good. He moved as fast as the selling solicitor and banks allowed, also found him very informative and easy to talk to

I would definitely highly recommend Fergus Minogue of Pat Markey and Sons. Very firendly and very efficient. I used him when buying my house and he was really efficient. Full of advice and would do more than he had to with deadlines and stuff. Good price too.
