I bought my New 3DS XL on launch, and its been creaking for the past few weeks, and now the right side of the bottom shell is coming off. Should I be concerned or?

I've had a couple of problem with both my new 3ds and new xl 3ds I've mentioned them here already but nobody else seems to have any problems yet. I don't think the build quality is as good as the older ones.
