Hello all, myself and fiancée are planning on giving out sparklers to our guests at our wedding next year. She claims we need "Indoor" sparklers, is there such a thing? I just thought you could use traditional sparklers.

If indoor one's are needed, any ideas where to get them?

Before you even go looking, clear this with your venue.
Most won't allow you do this.

There's been some major accidents at weddings with sparklers. Worth looking up

Presumably that's why we need indoor sparkles? That's what the venue has requested.

must say it is one thing I have not heard of.. I thought there was just one kind.. you could maybe ask a wedding planner to see if they have heard of them... Think they are loverly planning to have them too, the last one we went to had them and had them when passing out in a bucket with sand, which handing them out you could do lots of ways but the bucket was handy afterwards just to dump them in..

what kinda accidents are happening with them then, wouldn't think they would cause much damage

mmmm well kinda sounds like twas his own fault wouldn't be too worried about then.. after seeing kids using fireworks in Amsterdam new years, I would say youd want to be very very not thinking to damage yourself with sparklers

Unfortunately some people do lack basic cop on. And depending on when the OP is planning on handing out the sparklers it could go wrong. If people have already been drinking all you need is one dope who thinks something stupid will be an awesome idea to make it a wedding to be talked about for all the wrong reasons.
