I've an upcoming interview for position of Derivatives Associate in Kilkenny. It will be a panel interview, with 3 interviewers...Has anybody been through this process and offer any insights or recommendations on preparing for the interview? Thanks

I worked there for a few years though not in Derivatives. It's a fast changing environment. Study different types of derivatives I suppose and reasons why investors buy them and associated risks. Accuracy is very important as errors can result in both financial and reputation cost for the company. There's a good bit of banter usually in the KK office! I made some great friends there.
