So I've been called for an interview with flexisource for a position in the Dublin Airport Search Unit. I'm look from advice from people who have either had one of these interviews or currently works in the ASU. What can I expect, what questions will be asked etc? The first interview is a group interview, followed by a 1 on 1 interview with flexisource and then a 1 to 1 with DAA. Again any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Does it matter I have no security experience? I'm guessing from the job spec a large part of it is customer service and after 14 years working directly with customers in retail I think I can safely say I'd ok there. Also is having a car necessary? I have a licence but I don't like to drive and don't have a car.
