Hey guys with the draft for Wrestle mania season

I was thinking of a new game to come up with and came up with this one I've called it rescue me , Basically the aim of the game is a wrestler is selected someone who never really made it in WWE or where ever else past the mid-card and you have to come up with a feud for him that would accelerate him into the main event and beyond ,

The scenario can take place anywhere so if you decide to pick lets say Tyson Tomko you can you place in any fed in the world , Its the story line that matters that's it and it can be for any title in that particular fed as long as it massively puts the star over ,

when you have posted you're storyline you'll also select the next wrestler to be done and much like the Who Am I game anyone can take up the challenge , also there will be discussion allowed on the thread and

So I'm going to pick the 1st guy to be used and anyone is welcome to have a go , the star I'm going to pick is ..................

    Antonio Cesaro

Basically the aim of the game is a wrestler is selected someone who never really made it in WWE or where ever else past the mid-card and you have to come up with a feud for him that would accelerate him into the main event and beyond

Cesaro is a tough one as he has actually gone backwards compared to where he was a little over a year ago when he had won the Battle Royal and had all that momentum behind him.

I think if the goal is to accelerate him into the main event picture then a similar springboard is necessary. As the Money in the Bank ladder match is coming up, I'll use that. This is a rough guideline as to how I'd structure it.

The run-up to the Money in the Bank ladder match

We see vignettes backstage showing tension between Cesaro and Tyson Kidd. It becomes apparent that Cesaro is very frustrated and that he feels he is carrying Kidd.

During a number one contender match for the tag titles, Cesaro walks out on Kidd who gets beaten. Cesaro then disappears from T.V. for a few weeks.

Kidd the next week successfully qualifies for the MITB Ladder match; meanwhile, we get vignettes showing Cesaro's rise to prominence, his scary natural strength, his path to get to WWE etc. and we hear him via voiceover talking about how he is sick of being held back for so long.

In a separate (but later to be connected) storyline...

Seth Rollins's ego by this point has become out of control and he has been abandoned by not just Kane and Show, but also J & J Security with the latter turning face. It appears that Rollins is in big trouble as he prepares to face his challenger Roman Reigns. HHH says he is done mollycoddling Seth and warns Rollins that a champion has responsibilities and instructs him to find a way to get the job done without all those who have left him.

    Money in the Bank PPV

There is a vicious assault backstage on Tyson Kidd who is beaten so badly he is taken away to a local medical facility; the camera pans up to show the culprit: Cesaro; he is dressed and ready to compete and informs the unconscious Kidd that he is taking his spot in the MITB match.

In a dominant display (think lots of elbows meeting faces) Cesaro is left as the last one standing and calmly walks up the ladder to take the briefcase.

Later that night, Cesaro interferes in Rollins' match with Reigns and helps Rollins retain the title. It emerges later that Rollins turned to Cesaro in his hour of need and promised him a spot in the MITB Ladder match in exchange for becoming his new head of security.

Cesaro gets a character makeover; the sh*tty siren theme is replaced by a more main event calibre song. And Cesaro takes to wearing a suit when not competing and very much resembles the Hitman character.

    Summerslam build

Rollins prepares to meet Brock Lesnar and in the build to the feud we see Rollins repeatedly resorting to help from Cesaro. In one exchange we see Lesnar and Cesaro going toe-to-toe and Cesaro holds his own whilst Rollins continues playing the chicken-sh*t heel.

Paul Heyman, being in Lesnar's corner, for weeks puts over Cesaro as perhaps the only man in the business with strength comparable to Brock.

    Summerslam

At the PPV, despite help from Cesaro, Lesnar recaptures the title.

    Summerslam Aftermath

Rollins afterwards blames Cesaro on the defeat, but the two remain together despite the harmony not being as strong as it once was.

At this point, however, there begins a slow babyface turn build for Cesaro. He begins to increasingly question Rollins's decisions. (Basically, much like the build when Batista was still in Evolution but slowly turning babyface and causing Hunter and Flair some headaches.)

    Survivor Series

Cesaro is involved in the 5-on-5 elimination match and produces a dominant display to let his team win (as Reigns did a few years back, and Orton has done in the past).

Later that night Lesnar defeats Rollins and Reigns to retain his title. This is the point when Cesaro cashes in his MITB Contract. For 5-10 minutes Cesaro and Lesnar have a hell of an exchange and it seems as though Cesaro is about to win the title. Then Rollins, with the ref's back turned, picks up the briefcase and clocks Cesaro with it, unbeknownst to Lesnar, who F-5s Cesaro and wins the match.

    Survivor Series Aftermath

Rollins accuses Cesaro of being only interested in himself. The alliance between Rollins and Cesaro is now over and Cesaro has become a full-blown babyface and he declares it his mission to destroy Rollins. This brings him into open conflict with The Authority.

At TLC, Cesaro defeats Rollins. He repeats the feat at Royal Rumble and in so doing earns himself a spot in the Rumble match.

    Royal Rumble

Cesaro wins the Rumble eliminating Reigns (now the Authority's main heel guy) and earns himself a spot at Wrestlemania.

    Conclusion

Whether or not Cesaro would win the title at Mania would depend on how well he is connecting with the audience at this point but if the connection is strong, and I think it would be, then I would have him go over Lesnar and take the title. If he is not quite at the necessary main event level, then I would have him just fall short after an epic match. Either way, his journey to the main event would be complete.

That was longer than I had intended so thanks to those who read it.
when you have posted you're storyline you'll also select the next wrestler to be done and much like the Who Am I game anyone can take up the challenge , also there will be discussion allowed on the thread

I'll challenge someone to finally make Dolph Ziggler that main event talent he claims he really is...

Man that was awesome and exactly the kind of thing I was thinking of when coming up with this I'd definitley have Cesaro go over Lesnar at Mania fair play man epic work
