    Hi guys not looking for legal advice. Just what happens nexted. Reported the matter to the gardai and both insurance companies. Hole thing caught on my dashcam. Car came onto my side of the road side swiping me. Driver didn't stop . I turned around and park behind the car 1/4 km away. Driver tried to walk off . Refused to give me any details blamed me for being the wrong side of the road. Gardai are looking to do him with him and run . About 1000 euro of damage. So what happens now.

    The garda and insurance companies will look after it. You passed on the video evidence yes?
