    So after almost three months without a pedal turned following a broken ankle the doctor gave me the all clear to get back cycling yesterday.

    Not being a cyclist himself the only advice he had for me was to "take it easy". My aim is to do the 90k Leinster Loop course in mid August. I don't think I'm being too ambitious but will gladly take on board any advice anyone has to offer about getting back on track following an injury.
