Just got a Email from Argento the company who own Pandora that there sale started this morning.

Charms start at only €7 each witch is crazy cheap as they normally start at about €25 euros each.

Post is also free to Ireland

Can get all the charms from amazon and ebay also. Even jeweller admit they rip people off with those charms

Which suggests that charms will come with a pouch, but the bracelets come with a box, but no idea what the deal is on sale items.

Looking to get a small present for a friend, shes been through a lot lately so I think a small present would be nice.
20 or 25 euro budget like. Is there any site that will ship to her, providing I have her address and will leave no trace that I was the one that ordered it for her if ya get me :P I'll drop her a text saying twas me that got it for her Thanks

This site will be the one for you 25 euros will get you something anyway and with free shipping you cant really go wrong cant you ?. They will prob let you send the item as a gift as must online stores let you

Ive gone as far as Payment details when ordering from Argento and theres no mention of sending as a gift :(

My order got cancelled,got the email yesterday, no explanation why. Very annoying! Wont be shopping there again even if there is a sale.

Made 3 orders over a couple of days, they were all just cancelled, no reason given. Very disappointing

My order was also cancelled, but was told they could not obtain item from their supplier and also because they had to much traffic o their site!

The orders getting cancelled is not good but just to put some balance on it I received an e-mail today stating that my order was dispatched.

I had never heard of the site or used it before but got healthy discounts on the two items so thanks OP!

The main problem with it being cancelled was that there was no reason given why it was cancelled until you asked,just an email with the subject as "cancelled". Not great customer service, I would have picked a different charm if they had offered.

I agree, that's poor. I got an email to say one item was out of stock but they'd try source it from a store. The second item arrived today and it was just in a little pouch which looks cheap... A bit disappointed as I had intended it as a gift. They also charged me for both items which annoys me.

Ordered 3 , they delivered 1 and refunded for other 2. Cheap prices but poor reliability it would seem, worth bearing in mind for the future and they have done themselves no favours at all

Also cancelled 2 out of three. Kids picked out a few charms for their mother, now i get explain about "Stock accuracy" and "close proximity". Eejits.

Went on a bit of a shopping spree and ordered 8 charms and 2 rings on the first day of the sale. 3 of the charms were shipped in two separate shipments, and got an email yesterday saying the rest of my order was cancelled. Not too happy with them, was delighted with the rings especially as iv had my eye on them for years but were too expensive. Left disappointed now.

They actually had one of the rings still on the website last night in the same size as was cancelled. Sent them a screenshot and they replied that it's now been removed as it's out of stock. They're obviously still having website issues, and accepting orders for out of stock items.

In common with others - ordered 10 items (most for my wife, some for my daughter) - got five in two deliveries In fairness they clearly have huge issues with their website/stock management - and have at least been relatively precise in their emails about what I got and what was cancelled.

The saving grace for me is that my daughter didn't know about any of it - it would have been much harder to explain all this to her.

Republic of jewels is way better for pandora sales. the charms all come in the boxes rather than the pouches. never had an issue with an order being cancelle either.

This is a long shot but did anyone by any chance buy a bracelet which was too big? I bought one that was too small and it's now out of stock. Just wondering if anyone has one to swap.... Yes, I know it's highly unlikely
