    They'd be described as wooden clock face blanks, and are the sort of thing you can find in the states quite easily, not so here. You dont necesaarily need a clock face, just a round blank piece of wood. Mosaic suppliers might have them. I'll try to post some links later

    Thanks the blanks at the end is helpful. Googling for clock faces was a dead end.
