Property price register query

A property in my estate has been on the "propertypriceregister" since the 5th of May but when you look at Daft the property is still there and today they reduced the price! Any ideas what going on?

Could be a typo in the address or it could be that the property is actually sold and they are leaving the ad up as a snare for potential buyers.

Call and ask what the story is.
