I am new to BPS online. I need to add ineligible scrub to the area map. The scrub areas are easily identified in the map. I have spent 2 hours looking at it and cannot figure out how to red-line the scrub areas online. Is it possible to do the red-lining in the online maps? If it is then what am I missing? Thanks, in advance.

I have been looking at BPS online maps again tonight. It looks like you need to select 'Request Change of Reference Area' for the parcel. This creates an Edit Map button. The Edit Map button then allows you to Draw on the map. I was able to draw and save ineligible features.

I see how you can change the reference area by clicking the request change box.

I am trying to complete a submission for my boss. Is it necessary to mark in areas of tillage field left fallow? What should be defined as "eligible area"? I believe this was done for the purposes of greening, but we meet the greening requirements due to permanent pasture fields.

In relation to EFAs, it is allowed to mark a ditch beside a hedge, or is it one or the other? These are claimed as landscape features under EFA and add very little area to our EFA.
I am not a farmer or up to date on all the rules, is there a payment based on EFA area, or is it just as long as you meet the requirement?

Thanks, and sorry for hijacking the thread.
