Are the lely wagons popular or has pottinger got it all tied up?

No bother- seem to be getting more popular in our area, just wondered if they were worth considering.

Strautman are passé up this way as they only bend grass, well the big ones. I changed to a guy with a Lely Tigo 75 and fantastic machine. It's massive with huge power required but chops grass really well. If the smaller one is as good it'd be we'll worth a look. I'd say they'd be keen to deal as not many around.

In our out farm we use a guy with a Pottenger Combiline really sweet farmer small contractor machine. 140 hp would be loads to operate it. Nice chop length.

Yes the smaller r series all have the same rotors and choppers so that would be good. Lely generally make good enough stuff
