Internal bike racks on the east side of the multi-storey car park A near the central mall exit. Don't think there are showers/lockers available at the airport.

Don't think they have any lockers, probably because they want people to use their left luggage facilities

I just leave my bike on the racks inside the short-term carpark. Use the toilets to clean up as best I can. Don't think there are showers in either terminals.
