Hello,

I have decided to sell an apartment I bought on the Affrodable Housing Scheme. I’m currently renting elsewhere and am finding it very difficult to make the mortgage repayments and cover my rent while the property sells. I have to live elsewhere for work.

If I restructure my mortgage payments with the council how will this impact my credit rating for when trying to secure a mortgage in the future?
